The video is very realistic, but it is VFX.
For one, Tesla bots are not available to random people like this guy.
Second, the movements are perfectly smooth. This implies that its a 3D model perfectly mirroring the movement instead of an actual robot trying to do the same thing but with hard rotors and actuators instead of soft squishy muscles.
Thirdly, the joints, the neck in particular, are more articulated than the actual Tesla bot, which often moves as if it has neck pain.
Fourthly, the "vision" up on screen is just the same motion tracked camera footage. if it was actually what a robot was seeing, it would be covered in AI object/path labeling, not just a simple video feed.
There are a few other VFX tells, but the final and most important giveaway is that the channel posting it is a VFX channel.
