This presentation does not correctly factor in future versions of Ai and incorrectly derives conclusions on current Ai making the predictions wrong.
The issue is not what Ai i capable today.
If you measure the current Ai up against what humans can still offer in different roles here and now then Yes, you will find that in this transition period there will be an "increase" in some job areas.
However the actual issue is that in a very near future what humans can offer to any context that is just "equal" to the performance of an Ai agent will be such a limited field.
So today:
We se i limited time window with limited capabilities on Ai and an increase in demand in some job areas.
In very few years:
Vastly more capable Ai and a decrease in demand for humans in more roles.
In X-15 years:
Most humans will effectively be redundant, as all performance will be lower of an Ai counterpart in that role and operating for a cost, that is imcomparable with economic incentive to keep on human workers.
This is the real issue that is most likely to occur and much much more evidence is pointing to this conclusion of events.
