Can we stop with this whole fear mongering trend? LLMs can't and won't ever produce AGI, it's not going to be skynet. AI is causing real problems in the world, the economy and people's lives. Problems that aren't getting enough attention because YouTube, the news and articles are saturated with videos/articles about how AI is going to enslave humans and become Ultron, by people who don't even what an LLM is.
American once again ignoring the main problem and focusing all the attention on a fictional one.
