Asimov wrote the Three Laws of Robotics back in 1950. It is very difficult to believe that this scientist wasn’t aware of the dangers of AI. It is more probable that he chose to ignore these dangers during his heydays and now that he is old and retired, he had suddenly sprung a conscience.
