Glad this guy "studied nutrition" but couldn't bother with a basic chemistry lesson.
Chlorine is hungry. It has 7 valence electrons in its outer shell and it wants 8. Thats what makes it a good cleaner, it will immediately react with other nasty stuff you dont want because the second chlorine comes in contact with something it immediately begins to rip electrons so that it can become a stable octet in its outer shell..hense why its so close to the inert noble gasses.
Let this be a lesson: Ai is no substitute for actually reading the material and doing the studying yourself. If you dont really know what you are talking about, the Ai just leads you down a rabbit hole of self affirmations.
