Ai suck at customer support. It really suck. It can’t handle details and human concepts. It can’t convey the meaning of the message like a human can. It’s just repeating what seems to be formal and acceptable form of speech. It can’t change alongside human emotion The ways an actual human can. It was just there to block me from accessing assistance from a human that solves my problem . It takes so much longer and still doesn’t get it done. Everytime I call somewhere they implement ai, the wait time is always 10 to 40 minutes longer for a very simple issue that might take a person minutes to solve. I had to navigate their digitized selection menu on a phone. So primitive
