Consider the trends in the 'pace' of current media. In a TikTok culture when content is turned over faster and faster, only AI can keep up with the pace of the human attention span. Quality is becoming less important than quantity and speed. I would agree that it takes time and expertise to make something ideal. But what is the value of perfection when it comes at the expense of speed and quantity. Also, we are moving towards micro-targeting on an individual level. AI can consume all marketing data of a single customer and on-the-fly create custom tailored content designed around the preferences of individual humans. This isn't something even our best graphic designers can do. So there is an argument to be made that AI can produce better quality (I.e. more effective/affective) content given it's ability to understand and process a single individual's preferences and patterns. Even the best graphic design firms can't do that with their traditional archetypes/personas approach.
