That sounds great. I wouldn't lift any of the fragments. Just record your own version of it using different instrumentation. If you write charts, change the chords up a little bit so it's different (better!) than what AI gives you. The point is copyright office won't protect you if you lift any part of it. Worse is there is no protection by the AI platform themselves in case for the alleged 'original work' (LOL) in case someone spills the beans on your AI fragments.
Bottom line is music should be made by people with a real beating heart, soul, humanity and hope. AI can only mimic that and it doesn't even come close. Hell...a lot of AI sounds like the stuff they've been listening to, which btw, is copyright protected (another can of worms) and this is the thing that will eventually shut that scene down completely.
