Idk. Without free will or the ability to lie about itself being a.i. the result should mean automatic failure of the Turing test. Also, without the ability to identify as a human what is supposed to stop us from believing that the act of asking for consent has also been "hard coded" into it's system ? A system which has been created by a select few without oversight or public transparency might I add.
