It's hilarious in this scenario then when laborers are put out of jobs, it is absolutely unacceptable (to conservatives) that they be paid to survive without working, however when the the same thing happens to the wealthy, they seem to have absolutely no problem with it.
also i'm skepticle the stock market would continue to operate if there were no longer human capitalists at the tops of companies and on shareholder boards who are extracting wealth from companies. Any company fully taken over by AI that stops funneling value out of the company to the capital holders will cease to be valuable as a stock.
