The leaders are too arrogant and ignorant to realise that AI isn't magic or intelligent. They somehow think AI will replace everyone other than themselves. Technical leaders are sidelined cause of supposed pushback. I find technical people to be the reality and the AI fanboys the dreamer's. Sadly investors listen to the dreams.
