I know this is unrelated to AI psychosis, but I still don't understand the fear of salt. Our cells dissolve without a bit of salt. We get dehydrated without salt. That huge campaign against sodium definitely led to many people being mildly dehydrated at all times, including myself until recently. Sodium explodes in contact with water, so it sounds ridiculous to be equating sodium and tablesalt.
