BTW Bing is not based off of ChatGPT-4 It uses it's own modeling, and MS uses properties of ChatGPT-4 none of which have anything to do with the modeling
Just to comment on what Eliezer Yudkowsky said later in this episode about AI hijacking GPU's. This is a very real threat, Modern GPU's have specialized deep learning computer cores, Nividia calls them Tensor cores. A GPU could be turned into a neural node, part of a cluster of hijacked GPUs that operate as a network, if AI was to hijack even a small portion of the GPU's on the planet, it could produce an intelligence that is unmeasurable
