No, because it is not AI but just advanced algorithmic processing being sold as such. There is no intelligence or anything sentient to it. The myths those companies spread serve the purpose of creating artifical relevance to raise marker values. If at all...people will cause Havoc and blame so called "AI", so nobody will blame them. To me, anyone who even calls it AI, is badly informed. I call those LLMs and AAP. Because that's what it is.
