If we ever developed artificial intelligence as a a real intelligence (meaning that it has emotions, can learn and make moral desicions). It would raise the question whether or not that AI is a true living thing, since it is as complex and intelligent as human beings, and whether or not this AI would have a mind, or possibly even some kind of soul. if this would be true, it would become a similar discussion as the abortion discussion.
