What you show me of Angel Engine shows clear signs of directing and editing. The base images may be AI generated, but a human is putting real effort into breathing life into them. This isn't too different from a lot of older animations using borrowed or stolen art: They were entertaining because of the writing and directing, even if the art was poor and/or clearly plagiarized.
