So you just blindly trust this nightshade program to poison something... Totally closed source xD maybe it will first sends your image to the cloud for AI usage then uses your gpu to train their AI with your data, and after that applies an overlay on top of it.. I mean who knows... did you read the eula? I haven't yet. Edit: Ouh noes "To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others" When you used the model you agreed to this... I could argue that you have an intent of harming others or their work.. Yeah I mean My suggestion go find an open source versio of this program and use that instead.
