I'm a critic, for sure, but one thing I see other critics not take into account is that while it doesnt take artistic skills to make them, it takes art critique skills. The AI spit out a bunch of pictures that, in the AI's eye, are all equally correct. The human then needs to use a human's eye for art to determine the best option, and iterate on it. It's nowhere near the same thing, but it's not like they're just sitting around doing nothing while the machine does 100% of the work. The machine is doing like 95% of the work.
