Therefore, after training the AI, no further reference is needed and nothing is copied. Therefore, stable diffusion would be an AI that learns like humans and is legally on the safe side. Some artists have demanded strict legal requirements, but one should be careful here as these legal regulations could limit not only AI but also the artists as in the music industry.
