The flaw in this argument is, Who are the consumers? You only have a Resource Curse because you have a market outside your economy for that resource.
If all employers replace employees with machines, who buys their products - they go out of business. If the only companies that exist are AI companies, who buys their products? Eventually, you burn through your cash with no consumers.
