Well, my school days were AI-free. It was 2011. I started using AI in my 3 grade of uni. I'm not proud of myself doing it, but sometimes you just don't have mental capacity to do all your tasks yourself. With that said, I admit, using AI in regular life and tasks AS A TOOL is very helpful. You can plan your workouts easily, you can analyse your behavioral patterns and so on. I really think my classmates use AI too much, it's really sad. But to ban AI completely is not a solution. It's better to teach youngsters to use it properly. To make a plan and then enhance it by themselves.
