This guy trying to copyright "his" AI art is like trying to sue Disney for implementing an idea you told one of their imaginers. If you are only feeding an idea into a model but have zero actual hands on experience in the actual creation of the piece, you don't own it. It belongs to the AI model who rendered it for you. I hope this guy keeps fighting and losing.
