Although your intuition is right, it may not be correct. Even back when this was posted an AI had no problem subbing in actors or new names for each scenario. Yes it can be trained off real world trauma, although the understanding may not be there, we can be provided the best available knowledge to help a person struggling, and that data can go on to prevent further mistakes or continuation of trauma. Lastly, you do not provide an alternative solution as what to look for as a person that may turn to AI for help.
P.s. i have asked AI problems that helped me cope with the hardest things and remember my self control and remind me what strength I already have to fave the issue - more than most humans are able to convey... and its a little worrisome, but it is correct.
