15:49 this talk about UBI is great and all, but the problem is when what Hinton is talking about comes to fruition, there will be no economy because what is there to work for? In the most perfect scenario we are given everything we need and want physically and probably mental stimulation by one what any drug could give. Purpose fades and then what? Worst case we all get slaughtered. The idea of an economy will have to completely evolve into something new, and people will need to find a purpose. That will be the most difficult problem and already is a huge problem for many right now
