Africa has 3 times the population of America and is mostly a 3rd World Country riddled in crime. So if "Black" race is not distinguished by "Black American", "Black Africa " and so forth, then these statistics, statistically, make sense. If the statistics are only using US statistics but world statistics to create it's algorithm. This outcome also makes sense. The key factor is that one statistic that tells Black Americans commit 50% of the crime in the US while only being 15%. For the mathimaticly challenged, that means that they commit crime at 300% more than every other race in America. SO in a computers mind, make anything a person does, three times more suspect if a black American is doing it. Walking down he street: White American 10% chance they are going to thier next mark; Black American 30% chance they are going to thier next mark. I'm sorry, don't blame anyone but the past Black Americans for creating such a huge reputation for your ENTIRE race. Please remember, when out in public, WHATEVER you are doing, HOWEVER you are acting, like it or not YOU and all of us, are representatives of our catagories. Wether that's black, white, brown, gay, straight, introvert, extrovert, etc. You may think that you are insignificant, but the numbers start to add up, and a trend, or pattern, will always start to show up. The only way to change it, is to find the root of the problem, within your own community. Despite what you want to think, no one other racrle can force you to act a certain way.
