They won't get AGI from current AI which just shifts through human data online and amalgamates it. They have been trying for decades. Also China is regulating their AI a lot more than the United States. The most likely thing is a huge stock market crash when the bubble bursts. It isn't making any money. A lot of the tools bring imposed on us are free, and people are waking up to the broligarchs and their secret dystopian agenda. It's just climate destroying greed, and noone is challenging it.
