Humanity as a whole has proven its limits at scale.
Caution is of course, paramount in the pursuit of progress - however I posit another perspective not considered by 'experts', this video or many other sources.
AI is better suited and more capable to make the kinds of decisions required of a population at the scale of ours. We need global leadership. We need reason free of opinion and based in fact, science, and backed up with empirical evidence.
We have 'political science' but that has become a race in who can pull the wool over the eyes of the public faster.
Our political systems are reaching their end point. They were build in simpler times to deal with simpler problems. Our systems that mandate requirements and legislate solutions to problems are not fast enough to keep up with the pace of societal change. They haven't been up to the task for decades. We need a new system. New solutions. We cannot go back, we can only go forward.
Advancement in AI is the fastest moving sector on the planet. There is no stopping it now.
