Stayed for the video, liked for the ad. I probably spend upwards of 13 hours a day sitting doing software development and browsing the Internet, and my body does not like it. I kept thinking I probably wanted a "zero-gravity workstation" which basically lets you lay down while working, but a standing desk looks like it might actually be better. Also, great video, I'll add this to my list of "don't blindly trust AI" things even if it is because reading the AI too fast can be detrimental.
