As AJ mentioned at the end of the video, the biggest threat might not come from unregulated corporations, governments, or nations. The biggest threat might come from a intelligent radicalized Palestinian programmer who watched his family murdered by israeli forces... a group of neglected or abused computer savvy highly talented teens with access to the wealth of their family... or maybe a dejected psychologically disturbed coder with visions of being immortalized as the greatest killer in history. The biggest threat could come from innocent well intentioned HBCU graduate level students who re-purposes an advanced ai, but out of ignorance or lack of foresight, gives the ai lethal instructions (paper clip maximizer). Honestly, the genie is out of the bag 😢
