All the people in this video are in the ai business. The guy talking about replacing doctors is he a medical doctor...I think not. They have tried to replace customer service with automation and than has failed miserably. During WW2 the British developed a wooden fighter bomber and crafts-folk in furniture factories, violin makers, and piano builders all over uk worked to build the "Wooden Wonder" The Mosquito. Let's see ai come up with that concept and robots make it work.
