I don't think we will ever reach a point where fully working solutions are outputted first try, and I don't think humans will be involved in the feedback loop for the generation of software and tooling. I believe just how a developer debugs code, running it, reading the output logs then tweaking the code, AI solutions capable of generating functioning code will follow the same process just a multitude of times faster with less iterations to fix conflicts bugs and issues alike.
