The easiest way to solve the AI issue is TO STOP USING IT/BOYCOTT, examples: "Oh Amazon has layed off everyone and its using only machines", DONT USE AMAZON.
THE ISSUE IS MOST PEOPLE THINK: "But is cheaper, its more convinient". And then you will also get layed off and after a while like the frog cooking in the pot, everyone gets screwed.
