The REASON art is impressive is also BECAUSE of human limitations. You are impressed that someone, as human and limited, was able to achieve whatever it is. An actor becoming someone else convincingly. A person drawing something so beautiful after spending decades practicing to get that talented. Nature can make things that are insanely beautiful and we can appreciate them for the fact that humans will struggle to recreate nature perfectly, but someone who comes close is what makes it impressive. The same can be applied to AI. Its not impressive due to the lack of limitations. Also, the small human elements of art (the way a manga artist uses pen strokes in ways unique to themselves) is lost on AI.
