I am definitely no expert, and dont pretend to understand modern technology, but ,surely Ai is only as good/ bad as the people who programed it as humans we have a choice either rightly or wrongly our emotions are our own, whereas these bots have been artificially controlled to reflect certain emotions ,so if any blame is to be apportioned ,it should go to the creator.
