I'm not sure I see the problem. First, unless you tell ChatGPT your name along with your workplace drama, when it passes along your workplace drama to that author, it's not going to have your name on it. It's not as if anyone's anecdote, divorced from pii is sufficiently unique that thousands of people haven't fed indistinguishable data into the training at the same time.
