I think AI pictures are good for some minor things like presentation design when you don't have resources/time to make actual art or just want to illustrate some thought just in "what would that look like" way. But it's not art. It's simply an algorithm. There's no joy or meaning in it. I don't think that AI is bad, it's just not the same! It has different purpose and can never replace a real artist.
