If I were to play devils advocate a little, there is an argument that some people might have an 'easier time' learning to draw because of how their brain works and due to factors they're born with or can't control (e.g. I can't hold pencils in the traditional way due to my own motor skill impairments, so that could affect line making and such and some people might be able better translate what they see to paper because their brains are more visually intune). That said, this person is absolutely incorrect in that anyone is 'born with art skills'. As a baby you can barely comprehend the world around you, what allows you to develop is you learn. The same way you come to understand writing or typing as a thing of second nature, drawing is a vast skillset you have to develop and practice at to get good. I can't draw so I use AI is fundamentally flawed as an argument because in the first place you didn't do anything but provide a prompt. It's not 'your art' because it is easy to reproduce identically and at it's fundamental core it relies on analysing and practically trying to reproduce the work of so many others
