the funniest part about ai "artists" trying to argue why people need to take them seriously is it really doesn't take much to get them to say the quiet part out loud. Either they're very comfortable devaluing artists and you don't have to even do anything since they'll just tell on themselves, or they insist that ai is beneficial to artists and it takes you like 2 or 3 rounds of pointing out why their reasoning is flawed before they go whole hog and start acting like the first group
