The 1st time I agree to a large extent with you Bernie Sanders... the one issue though I see is that by going to a 32hr @ same pay work week is that you're therefore increasing the cost per employee substantially... I feel like this will just further companies desire to reduce employees and automate production even more. Look at what happened in areas where the minimum wage increased to more than $20/hr, like Seattle... there's hardly any employees taking orders anymore in fast food restaurants. I don't feel like just enacting more "employee benefits" is the right approach. There has to be balanced legislation that encourages employees to want to hire more people and use less automation - all while keeping employee well-beeing in mind. Figure that out and you have the answer
