I used to work as a QA tech in the food industry and AI WILL BE A BLESSING for consumers but the food industry is FULL OF dishonest people and corrupt management. They regularly lie on paperwork etc and AI will make it much much easier to filter out bad actors and incompetence. The food will be safer.
