AI is useful, BUT NOT in customer service roles, I’m in Australia, recently purchased from eBay, the item purchased was different from the advertised specifications, this eBay sell is one of the biggest in the country and has installed AI, my experience is that it’s shockley bad, doesn’t understand the problem and is slow to respond, as such I avoid eBay sellers that are to big and buy from sellers that still have person to person contact.
