Today I needed to get a $3K money order and my bank didn't have branches within 400 miles of where I was. I chatted with my bank and the best they could offer was 5-7 working days to mail one to me with the risk that entailed. I chatted with AI who told me I could use my bank's debit card (that I had), transfer enough from my savings into the checking account to cover the 3K, go to a Walmart, and Walmart would use my debit card to cut the money order. It all worked! I was just about to open a new account at another bank to which my bank chatter said, "I'm sorry but I understand." AI was far better in this situation.
