It's not just AI it's the dumbing down of the degrees, and more importantly the injection of identity politics and insanity and lack of logic their now training graduates on. This alone makes a non educated person a better hire over educated unless the skills are so specialized that the education can't be trained on the job site. Last time I checked trades and jobs that physically produce things are doing just fine. The separation of left vs right and ideological division and isolation and entitlement shows in the work place and too many young people come out of post secondary are proving their more of a liability then its worth.
