These AI CEOs are evil. They know and understand what they are doing and they don't care because they are getting exponentially more rich from it. It's the classic, "if we don't do it someone else will (i.e. China)"... and our government is in on it using AI for military applications. They don't want regulations. They will milk AI until desperation amongst us reaches a tipping point... and then they will come in and say... "oh look what's happening, maybe we need regulation". Unregulated AI will lead to the absolute destruction of our society.
