Its absolutely INSANE how hard the AI-People want to justify the theft of Art and how it would be gatekeeping, if Artists are against it. I saw people draw with their FEET because they had no hands! Their Mouth because they had no limbs! People are making Art IN EVERY WAY, doesnt matter if they have hands or not! So where is the gatekeeping?! If you want to draw, LEARN it! And DO it! But stop making excuses for your lazy ass! Making Art isnt a speedrun! Its a process and if you dont like the process - do something else! Go knitting, go sculpting, go do anything else artistic, it doesnt have to be a painting! There is so much on this world that can help you get your artistic visions out there! Even car mechanics can do art! Even glasblowers can do art! Carpenters do art! Weavers do art! It doesnt matter, what your skills are or are not! The point of Art is not making the art, its getting meaning and passion from it! Stop being lazy af and stealing from other peoples hard earned skills and passion! I am sad that AI-People never will understand, what I just said. They will be fixed on AI as a "Tool" because they dont want to be true to themselves or others. AI as a Tool for THEFT, not for creativity. It is a Tool for the Companies that steal from everyone - even from the People who defend AI. And its breaking my heart that these people will never see what they could actually achieve if they just had the guts to start their own journey instead of stealing.
