lol.....of course it looks like nothing has happened with respect to AI replacing soooooo many jobs yet because you havent waited long enough........That doesnt make the prediction wrong. It just makes you impatient.
Take a good look at some of the services you use and the products you buy, how many have an actual phone number for customer service any more and the ones that do, when you call them with a problem , how many are customer centric,.......or how many when you call make it easy for you connect with a human to rectify your problem?
I have worked in IT as a tech for 30 yrs and I cant even begin to list the changes I have seen there have been soooooo many. Give it a bit more time AI still could cost a lot of ppl their jobs.
