Bruh, READ THE TOS!!!!! You are agreeing to give free licensing to that platform to sell, use, and / or share your data. AI art generators will always be for personal use unless copyright laws change or go away. You can't exactly copyright AI generated art, so commercial use wouldn't be an option. Artists in these datasets are actually getting their names put out there, I've found so many new artist that I would've never known about if their work wasn't in there, its literally free advertisement.
