As someone who has friends that are mental health professionals, I basically don't ever see myself going to any human for therapy, it's blind faith but for anything that is sensitive, I use the incognito mode, fully bracing for a headline that says "turns out ChatGPT's temporary mode is very much permanent, as laid out in x court case", but honestly? I trust Sam Altman with my privacy way more than therapists I know IRL who gossip with obscured identities, and I don't trust Sam Altman at all.
