Hi! Disabled artist here, I have hEDS, and it directly affects my ability to draw and paint, I often struggle with pain and hyperextension in my fingers. I personally feel like disabled artists are being tokenized when people use us as a pro-AI argument, since most people who use it, and AI, aren't disabled. It feels more like they're using us as a convenient argument to shut down conversations, since it sets up this situation where you can't disagree without being painted (no pun intended) as ableist. They aren't actually advocating for anyone, they're trying to use disabled artists as a 'gotcha'.
