Isn't anesthesia the field in medicine where AI is slated to make the most inroads? See AI being able monitor patients based on brain waves and vital signs and even their medical history and the procedure they are undergoing. Anesthesiologists would then be able to monitor several operations at once, intervening only when necessary.
